When the old formulas stop working, it is time for a different kind of support.

Maybe you have built a life around being capable, logical, and dependable. You are the person people count on. But lately the pressure is harder to shake, your relationships feel strained, or you are waking up wondering, How did I get here, and why isn’t this working anymore?Therapy gives you a place to pause and reassess. Together, we will sort out what is shifting, look at the rules you have been living by, and find a new approach that actually fits who you are now.

Why work with Foundations Coaching

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about upgrading the way you handle pressure, relationships, and the parts of life that you can’t out-think or out-work anymore.

Straight talk, no fluff

You’re used to getting to the point, and you don’t have time for vague advice. Our sessions are practical and focused. We’ll name what’s really happening, sort through the noise of what you “should” do, and find next steps that actually fit who you are.

Respect for how you’re wired

You’ve gotten far by being logical, dependable, and the one people count on. I don’t try to turn you into someone else. Instead, we look at where your usual strategies stop working and build new tools that work with your strengths instead of against them.

A plan you can work with

You don’t need another problem to manage; you need a clear path. Together we’ll create a realistic plan for change, one that fits your life, your responsibilities, and your pace. The goal is not perfection, but steady movement toward a life that actually feels sustainable.

Ways I Can Support You

Emotion management

Learn how to work with anger, stress, and shutdown instead of stuffing it down or exploding. We’ll build practical tools so you can respond instead of react, and feel more in control of what you say and do.

Relationship support

Whether it is your partner, kids, or the people you work with, something in the dynamic is not working anymore. Together we will look at the patterns underneath the tension and practice new ways of communicating so you can show up differently in the relationships that matter most.

Neurodivergence

If you or your child is wired a little differently (ADHD, autism traits, gifted/2e), the usual advice often falls flat. I help you understand how your brain actually works and build systems, routines, and expectations that fit you instead of fighting against you.

Parenting

You care deeply about being a good parent, but constant power struggles, blow-ups, or withdrawal are wearing everyone down. We will focus on practical, real-life shifts that help you lead with calm authority and create a home that feels safer for everyone.

Young adult stuckness

For young adults who feel behind, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next. We’ll sort through expectations, strengths, and options so you can make grounded decisions about school, work, and the kind of life you actually want to build.

Hi, I'm Greg.

I know what it is like when the formulas stop working. I have spent over 25 years studying how people operate, including myself, and then life threw me a curveball when my son got sick. The rules I had always relied on no longer applied. I had to re-route my life, ask for support, and learn a different way to move through it.

That experience changed how I work. Today, I help men, parents, and young adults who are used to figuring it out on their own, but are realizing they cannot “white-knuckle” their way through the next chapter. Our sessions give you a calm, no-nonsense place to sort things out, experiment with new tools, and build a life that actually fits who you are now.

Ready to talk with someone who gets it?

Busy schedule? Prefer the comfort of home?

You do not have to keep trying to figure this out on your own. If you see yourself in any of these areas and are ready for a different kind of support, I would be glad to meet with you and see whether we are a good fit.
