Hi, I'm greg.

I didn’t always know I’d become a therapist. I grew up in a small town in Idaho, and what started as a few psychology classes turned into something much bigger. Great professors sparked my curiosity, and I found myself digging into the “why” behind my own story. Over time, I realized I had a particular skill set—understanding people, patterns, and what makes us tick.

That curiosity turned into a career. Now, I get to do what I love most: work with men who are ready to figure out the puzzle of their own lives. Every client comes in with a different story, and together we map out what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next. My approach isn’t about giving you canned solutions. It’s about listening, analyzing, and building strategies that fit who you are.

Clients often describe our work as equal parts therapy and consulting. It’s a space to sort through the noise, see what’s really going on, and find practical ways to move forward. Whether you’re working through life transitions, questioning old patterns, or navigating the world as someone who’s neurodivergent, our sessions are designed to fit you—not the other way around.
